Bunny McKensie Mack (They/Them) is a leading voice on power, politics, and pop culture in a global marketplace. A trilingual tech enthusiast, future economist, and serial entrepreneur from the Southside of Chicago, Mack is the Founder and CEO of MMG EARTH, the first Black and nonbinary-led research and change management firm in the U.S., a high-outcomes organization dedicated to providing people with the tools and education they need for the betterment of self, culture, and society.

A University of Chicago alum, researcher, and change management expert using data as a tool for shared freedoms, Mack has published several research papers on the impacts of practices and policies at the intersection of race, gender, class, disability, and LGBTQIA+ identity. Mack has been featured in NowThis, Fortune, Business Insider, Fast Company, TechCrunch, GLAAD, and many other platforms for their radical approach to building new worlds where everyone can be treated with dignity and mindfulness.

When they are not building MMG Earth’s change management certification for future change management leaders, they can be found tinkering with the launch of their first tech startup, Earth Manual. This e-learning platform provides a sanctuary of clarity and practical guidance for people historically excluded from growth and development at work.
